This is my first round today I arrived two days ago, standard really. I think I played pretty well today, in particular in the first two games. I was conscious he had had a tough match yesterday, but then again he had the advantage of having played already a match and being in the rhythm. So I made sure I started well today.
In the third, he got on top of me, and I’m pretty happy with the way I came back from 7/1 in the fourth. Really glad to win in 4, the 5th is a lottery, much better in 4.
At 37, I’m not expecting to be as fit as I was, especially with 3 kids. You cannot train as much as you want with three kids! I was at my best physically what, 7, 8 years ago? So now I use my brain, my experience, and I try to stay fresh and sharp, as much as I can…
