Amanda
Yes, she was basically chopping me for a game and a half, and I was surprised too Fram…
She has improved a lot. I guess with age, I’m a bit of a slower starter, and I’m trying to improve that.
But even if I felt good going in to it, she just caught me off by surprise with her pace and she gets so many balls back, credit to her.
I’ve been in that situation so many times, and I’m so used to it, so I know as well too that if there is ANYBODY that is going to come back from being down and out, it’s me!
Once I found my groove, we are good. But let’s try and make sure I find my groove before I lose 3/0.
I’m very glad, even if it took a long time to find my groove, 4/6 down in the second, and then, I felt pretty solid from there.
I’m playing Sherbini, so at least I’m on the glasscourt, in front of the Pyramids, which I’m very excited about.
I’m trying to appreciate all the moments I have to be able to do these things, I have nothing to lose, which is fine.
I’m still working with Wael El Hindi. Wael and I are born a few days apart (but not in the same year), and like loyalty is like our number one characteristic and values, so even when I’m done with my career, he’s going to be stuck with me…
