I don’t think I could have played any better today, my plan was going very well, which was not playing all the time on the same side, and hit hard/low as she is so tall, she volleys and kills the shots so well.
So I tried to take the ball early as possible, and take her off the T. It feels amazing, it means so much for me, it’s giving me so much confidence and I really needed it.
What I am the proudest of today, I never gave up. I didn’t give her any cheap point, she had to work hard to win points. I think that I was a good fighter today.
